Grounded in technique, anatomy, and controlled movement sequences, Mat Pilates classes incorporate low-impact exercises designed to improve your overall strength and stability, and alignment and posture. With emphasis on the body's core, Mat Pilates classes feature a variety of props, modifications, and progressions to make each class engaging and challenging. Offered exclusively as private classes.

— YOGA

Yoga works on core strength and posture while stabilizing your muscles and maximizing flexibility.  It applies principles of strength, balance, Pilates, and yoga. This is a low-impact workout focused on the core and designed to stimulate lean muscle. But don’t be fooled, this class will have you sweating. Offered exclusively as private classes
