— Mat PilateS

Grounded in technique, anatomy, and controlled movement sequences, Mat Pilates classes incorporate low-impact exercises designed to improve your overall strength and stability, and alignment and posture. With emphasis on the body's core, Mat Pilates classes feature a variety of props, modifications, and progressions to make each class engaging and challenging.

— YOGA

This all-levels class works on core strength and posture while stabilizing your muscles and maximizing flexibility.  It applies principles of strength, balance, Pilates, and yoga. This is a low-impact workout focused on the core and designed to stimulate lean muscle. But don’t be fooled, this class will have you sweating.

 
— Jazz & Hip Hop

No Previous Dance Experience Required
An all-levels, high energy dance class with playlists featuring everything from  pop to hip hop, oldies to Top 40. We will start with a full body warm-up and some basic jazz technique followed by easy, fun choreography. As with every class, this is a judgement-free space so come, let loose and sweat it out!
